To Plan and schedule PPMs, reactive works and projects, estimate time and materials, supervise members of the facilities team, maintain records and files and prepare reports.

• Plan and supervise the work of electricians.
• Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in coordinating job assignments with the other trades, e.g., plumbers, AC, fabric techscarpenters, etc.
• Assist subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical material stock and re-order as needed.
• Advise senior management team of technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
• Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair ofelectrical assignments.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electricalassignments.
• Examine electrical services for proper working procedures.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights where needed (extended Booms etc)
• Shifts 7 am to 4 pm and 10 pm to 7 am. (10 pm to 7 am 1 week in every 4 weeks)

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Installing Electrotechnical Services or equivalent
• Level 3 Award in Periodic Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent
• PASMA
• IPAF
