L&Q are looking for an experienced carpenter to join the fire management repairs team within Direct Maintenance.
Covering the All Regions – Including Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest and Barnet and surrounding areas.
The role is to provide a customer focused inspection to Flat Front doors. Inspections will involve carrying out minor repairs and clearly documenting findings.
Fully certified door sets will also be installed by the team and full training will be given to ensure compliance under our BM TRADA accreditation.
The role will report to a Fire Maintenance Supervisor and to carry out, works as instructed. Whilst meeting L&Q’s corporate targets of financial strength.
The candidate must have experience on installing and maintaining fire doors.
Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
