KBB are pleased to be working with one of the UKs most innovative companies within the home improvement sector to find a Removal & Delivery Supervisorfor their Dismantle and Delivery team.

Changing the home interiors sector by championing luxury re-commerce, they received the Queens award for sustainable development!

As the Dismantle and Delivery Supervisor of this tight knit team of 6 you will be responsible for delegating teams to jobs on the schedule. You will be and be the main point of contact between the Installation Manager and administration teams in the North and main POC for all customers.

Dismantling kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms, without causing damage, from high-net-worth client’s homes and showrooms. Removal and delivery to the buyer (no installation) usually happens same day. Your customer service must be second to none, to maintain the companies very good reputation, and customer satisfaction rates.

You will be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. An understanding of joinery is needed as you must be able to remove & deliver high end home interiors without causing damage.

Skills/ experience/ qualifications:

• Experience in creating and managing a well-functioning team and getting the best out of people.
• Is proficient in using hand tools and has solid experience in joinery, plumbing and electrical works.
• Customer management and resolution of service/ site issues.
• Polite and courteous and maintains a professional manner.
• Effective Communicator and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Track record of providing Customers with excellent service.
• Able to schedule works and make decisions on their own.
• Has a driving licence for more than 3 years van with 3 points or less, is able to and confident in driving a 3.5t .
• Has a good level of fitness and is competent in manual handling including lifting and transporting heavy items with the assistance of lifting aids.
• Ability to carry out tasks on a handheld device or computer/ laptop.

Remuneration:

• Basic £35-50k pa, negotiable, depending on experience.
• Can join Company Annual Commission and Pension Schemes,
• Opportunity for overtime
• Overnight stays if required are fully expensed with additional overnight allowance (very rare, never more than one night)
