2 x Multi-Trade Operatives required.

I am Looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives on a temp to permanent basis for a reactive maintenance contract in Brighton

The Multi Trade Salary: £20 per hour plus Van & Fuel card

Social housing contract across multiple housing stock across Brighton and Hove – Usual domestic repairs, using PDA and finishing work to high quality, being proactive and managing own daily works programme

Day to Day duties of Multi Trade

• Carpenter duties: Skirting, hang doors, fitting kitchens
• 1st/2nd fix carpenter jobs, K&B’s, Doors, Locks
• Making good
• Plumbing and installation
• Multitrade repairs duties of all kinds in domestic prperties

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of Multi Trade Op

• Experience in domestic properties
• Good social skills
• Strong communication skills
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check
• DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
