MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE NEEDED!Location: Havant and the surrounding areaSalary : up to £17.75 per hourTemp to PermWorking Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pmWe are looking for a Multi-Trader to join the team. The ideal candidate will have not only their main trade as a Carpenter but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs in a reactive maintenance environment.Responsibilities and Duties, reporting to the Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited to:Multi Trade duties:

• Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards.
• Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
• Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
• Ensuring that you follow the Company’s safe working practices and safety procedures at all timesThe ideal candidate will have/be: Previous experience Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure A full UK driving licence Needs to be good with working at heights, either ladders or scaffold

Predominantly you will be working on your own and also be willing to assist other trades as and when required.For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
