We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team in Brockley on a local housing association contract.

The hours required are 42.5 hours.

Responsibilities of a Multi Trade Carpenter are:

All aspects of carpentry including fitting kitchens, worktops, hanging doors, skirting boards, etc.
Minor plumbing repairs
Patch plastering
Using a PDA device to accept jobs, plan a schedule and sign off works when completed for inspection.

Requirements of a Multi Trade Carpenter are:

Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
City & Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery
DBS certificate
Previous experience working within the social housing environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people confidently
