Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Trades Operative who has worked in Social Housing Property Repairs and Maintenance?

Our client has?fantastic opportunities for experienced Multi Skilled Trades Operatives?based in Leicester and Market Harborough to join their busy?team to help them maintain and improve their homes.

Due to growth in the team we have the following opportunities:

What could you be doing?

Working within our talented Responsive Repairs team you will be?ensuring their customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.

The role is varied, and no two days are the same! ? It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!

Some things they need from you

• You will be able to Deliver Multi Trade work, you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 in one of the above trades.

• You’ll have good organisational skills?and experience of keeping jobs on track?

• And have the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time?

• You will also have a right first time mentality and approach to your workmanship

• Excellent customer service skills

• As you will be working in our customers’ homes this role requires as basic DBS check.

• A full UK driving licence is also needed as this is a mobile role.

• You will also be part of the out of hours’ rota – which will be paid overtime. Our team work an out of hours’ rota over 7 days on a rolling rota basis.
