Customer Service Co-ordinator – Clapham – Mon – Fri – 8am Till 5pm – Permanent – 22k – 26k ABOUT US: Our company offers property maintenance to a variety of clients from housing associations to high-end estate agents. We offer a professional service covering all types of property maintenance. This could be a carpenter to fit a new door lock, a gas safe plumber to install a new boiler or a full property refurbishment. No job is too small and, as a result, this means properties receive the care they deserve with a high level of customer service from both office and field staff. THE ROLE: We are looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit a dynamic and articulate Customer Service Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will support the company operations by co-ordinating events to the relevant team. You will deal with queries relating to quotations and jobs in a timely manner. You will ensure the efficient booking of the engineers to ensure great customer satisfaction. The customer service Co Ordinator must ensure that all communication is sent promptly, as you will handle a wide range of emails and telephone calls, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Uploading of quotation and job request onto our system ensuring all compulsory fields are filled Ensuring any quotations that can be carried out via pictures are sent to the relevant parties to update Delegate responsibilities of quotations and jobs to the relevant account managers Updating CRM accordingly and promptly Chase sub-contractors for reports / quotations on a daily basis Dealing with queries relating to any quotations / jobs that are not of technical nature Answering phone calls in a professional manner and directing to the relevant team members Ensuring engineers are booked attending to jobs throughout the day Organise and co-ordinate the maintenance inbox Assist account managers as and when required Please note that this list of tasks and responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may undertake other duties as required. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE: Experience working within a property maintenance company Experience of using Microsoft 365 3.
