Carpenter Multi required – domestic property repairs.

Brief overview of Responsibilities:
Undertaking response maintenance repairs in social housing properties.
This will include general response repairs / reactive maintenance
Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, decorating.
Customer facing role.
Jobs will be around the SO postcode area.

Requirements:
Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
Full tool set
Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
