Details of this Carpenter Role:

As a carpenter, you will perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector and represent your employer professionally. This Carpenter role involves managing your own daily assigned jobs, starting from your home. Tasks include patch repairs, basic plumbing, tiling. This Carpenter role is a permanent position and will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Carpenter:

• Experience in residential properties.
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• DBS check ( We supply)
• Drivers License
• Qualifications
