Competitive salary of £30,940 p.a (plus a monthly performance bonus achievable of up to £170 per month)

Jobs can be achieved via an interview route, or by working 2 weeks as a temp and then be taken onto a permanent contract of employment afterwards.

Working in a modular construction production environment. We are seeking conscientious and enthusiastic Carpentry Operatives with a can-do attitude and flexible approach.

You will be following a defined sequence of operations to produce finished pre-fabricated, student housing accommodation modules within a modern, clean factory environment.Meeting the required quality standard through following standard operating procedures (SOP). This is a physical role and emphasis is placed on Right First Time.

(Must be willing to also learn all aspects of the modular build construction in addition to just the carpentry aspects)

About You

Any carpentry recognised qualification, and must be willing to learn all the aspects of the modular build construction.

If no carpentry qualification held, but you are experienced then you will still be considered at a salary of £27,625 per year plus performance bonus. You can then work your way up to the £30,940 per year via your work on the job.

Must be able to maintain a professional appearance, have a team player attitude and be polite and courteous.
